A strategy is a map that will take you from where you are to where you want to go. A map or GPS that will get you from point A to point B in the fastest way possible.
However, a strategy is more than a map. A strategy plans for all the what if's?
- What if this doesn't work? What do we do?
- What if this DOES work? Then what do we do?
- What if someone sign-up's...what do we do then?
How do we get website visitors to turn into leads? And then how do we turn the leads into the sales?
On top of that...questions like...how do we know what we are doing is working? If it is working, how do we do better?...pop up.
And so on.
The questions are endless when you are running a profitable, successful business.
A true strategy will prepare you and your team for everything. And we're talking about EVERYTHING...and for the next six months.

You must analyze, plan, and execute accordingly to each situation. That's why a strategy is so important.
